activated clayDetermination of Bulk DensitydeviceAfter the upgrade, the following features have been added:In addition to the positioning angle, this product is equipped with a level device for adjusting balance to reduce the influence of external environment on measurement results; The measuring cup has a positioning device to ensure that the center of the funnel and the measuring cup are in a straight line.It is based on national standardsGB/T 25571-2010National Food Safety Standards, Food Additives Design and production of activated clay according to regulations. This device is suitable for food additives Determination of bulk density of activated clay. At the same time, it also satisfiesHGT2764-2008The industry standard for industrial sodium peroxycarbonate specifies the requirements for bulk density measuring devices. Still satisfiedGBT 23771-2009Determination of bulk density in inorganic chemical products.HG/T2573-2006Industrial lightweight magnesium oxide(HG\T2573-2006replaceHG\T2573-1994)Requirements for determination of bulk density; Simultaneously satisfyingHG/T2770-2008Industrial ammonium polyphosphate is mainly used as a flame retardant additive in products such as coatings, papermaking, plastics, rubber, textiles, wood, and organic building materials,6.11Requirements for determination of bulk density.

Activated clay bulk density measuring devicePrinciple:

Dust falls freely from the funnel at a certain height and fills the measuring cup; Measure the mass per unit volume of the measuring cup in a loose state, i.e. the bulk density.Load the sample to be tested into a funnel, naturally fall down along the lower end of the funnel and flow into the measuring cylinder. Scrape the sample that falls into the measuring cylinder flat, weigh the sample in the measuring cylinder after scraping on a balance, and divide it by the volume of the measuring cylinder to measure the bulk density of the product to be tested.

Activated clay bulk density measuring deviceInstrument structure:

2.1: Diameter of funnel outlet30mmThe height of the funnel is:135mmThe funnel is made of stainless steel material,

2.2The diameter of the measuring cylinder is:80mm, Volume:500ml

measuring method

1. Preparation of sample: Place the sample to be tested in an oven and1100CDry at a certain temperature1Cool to room temperature before measurement.

2. Using one250mLFill the beaker with the sample to be tested. Close the discharge port of the funnel and place the measuring cylinder at the center of its outlet. Pour the sample into the funnel, open the discharge valve of the funnel to allow the abrasive to fall freely until it is completely drained, and avoid vibration during this process.

3. Use a straightedge to scrape off any excess samples on the measuring cylinder. When scraping, the straightedge should be approximately level with the upper surface of the measuring bucket450Scrape the corners perpendicular to each other four times. This process should prevent compaction of the sample in the measuring cylinder and avoid vibration. Then weigh the sample in the measuring bucket.

4. Calculate the packing density according to the following formula:

Papm1/V

In the formula:Pap-------Bulk density of the sample to be tested, unit:g/cm3

m1--------Measure the mass of the sample in the measuring cylinder, unit:g

V---------Measure the volume of the measuring cylinder, unit:cm3.

5. A sample should be repeatedly measured three times, and the arithmetic mean of the three measurement results should be taken as the bulk density value of the tested sample.

6. The error of repeated measurements by the same operator using the same instrument shall not exceed±0.02g/cm3.
